THOMAS, Graham LeMert Age 68, of Windsor, passed away suddenly Thursday, June 25, 2015 at his cottage in Margaretsville. Born April 18, 1947 in Wolfville, he was the son of the late Louis and Lorna (Clarke) Thomas. Graham worked for over 30 years as an educator and administrator with the Annapolis Valley Regional School Board. He was passionate about life, family, music and his faith. Graham is survived by his loving wife, the former Sally Stanley; son, Andrew, Edmonton; and daughter, Patricia (Mark) Kasapowitsch, Kingston; grandson, Alexander Kasapowitsch; sister, Carolyn Kennedy, Melvern Square; niece, Kirsten Kennedy; and other extended family. Arrangements have been entrusted to DeMont Family Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 419 Albert St., PO Box 981, Windsor, NS B0N 2T0 (902-798-8317), where the family will receive visitors from 6-8 pm Monday, June 29. A service celebrating Graham's life will be held 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 30, in Windsor Baptist Church, 411 King St., Windsor, Rev. Rob Heffernan officiating. A reception will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Graham may be made to Margaretsville Fire Department, 260 Seaman St., Margaretsville, NS B0S 1N0, Windsor Baptist Church Memorial Fund, PO Box 243, Windsor, NS B0N 2T0 or Canadian Diabetes Association - Nova Scotia Branch, 137 Chain Lake Drive, Halifax, NS B3S 1B3.
